Did you ever want to learn how to do Navy Seal Burpees?
Well you are in luck and found the right page for it! I am about to break it down real fast and easy! Burpees are such a versatile and effective workout. So many ways to mix it up and make it more beginner friendly or more challenging. Navy Seal Burpees are simple but effective full body workouts. And here is how to do them.

Starting off you can run in place or bounce from side to side. Its a simple way to get some more steps in. Then you are gonna get down.

Squat or get down anyway you can and put yourself into the high plank position or push up position.

Once you are there you are gonna drop down and do one push up.

When you get up you are going to bring one knee up towards your core. (Think mountain climber)

Once that move is completed you will get down and do another push up.

On the second push up you will bring your opposite knee up towards your core.

Once that move is completed you will go down and do one more push up. For a total of 3 push ups for this move.

On your third push up get back up to starting position and you jump up.
